Hi All,Image

I wish you all a joyful and memorable holiday season!

Thank you for the kind words and the beautiful plant during my recovery from surgery.  I'm well on the mend now and itching to get back into Rotary activities. Thanks to the McNeill's for hosting a well attended Rotary holiday party at their home.  It was great fun to see so many new and returning Rotarians and meet their significant others.  Plus the food was fantastic!

I owe a HUGE thank you to Chris Kost for filling in for me this past month.  Chris not only covered the regular weekly meetings, he also chaired gambling & board meetings.  Thanks Chris - you're a gem!  Remember, no weekly meeting December 30.

January 6 we welcome Terry Kerber with his talk "Major Taylor:The Inspiring Story of a Black Cyclist & the Men Who Helped Him Achieve Worldwide Fame". Major Taylor was a fascinating athlete from 1896-1910 who captivated the attention of millions of people from all over the world.  Our greeters are Joe & Lori Helkamp and Greg Hoehn and Jim Cook will work his magic to fill the finemaster's pig.

Let's Light Up Rotary!

Cheers,
Kathy Klehr
President 2014-15
