Happy Mother's Day to all of you!

I am typing this on my daughter's laptop in Chicago where I am spending my special day with both my daughters. So, if there are errors please excuse
my typing.  Oh, and while I think the Wild did a great job the other night I will be rooting for the Blackhawks in game 5 tonight. Sorry!

Last week we had a great meeting and auction. We had our auctioneers Cook and Hennen help lead our auction and we had a lot of fantastic items  too. Thanks to everyone who "brought or bought" last week. We also recognized our Tokata Student of the month for April, Shelbi Deutsch and her guest was David Froelich, art teacher. Shelbi was honored for her dedication and tenacity as a student. She said, Mr. Froelich provided a lot of inspiration for her.

This week is our annual W. Adair Muralt ceremony and we will recognize our Paul Harris Fellow for their contributions. We will have a nice lunch featuring chicken champagne, baby red potatoes, with veges and roll and cookies for dessert at the America's Best Value Inn (Arizona's). The cost of this week's lunch will be $15 per person.  This year's MC will be Kathy Klehr and Jason Marschall will introduce this year's Muralt Award winner.  Our Finemaster will be Tony Spagnolo and our Songmaster will be Mark McNeill. Please come and join us for this special meeting and day of recognition.

Also, I want to thank all those who helped with the Roadside Cleanup last Tuesday. A special thanks to Charlie Sunder. I will send out separate email with pictures when I return home to my own computer.

In Peace and Service
