SORRY!

I had the wrong name for Finemaster! Make that the ever talented taker of money,  MR. JOE VAUGHAN as our Finemaster for tomorrow. Sorry to John and Joe for my confusion. Obviously, I am out of practice as Prez already!

Good morning everyone!

Yes, a voice from the recent past! I'm back this week as  your substitute,  filling in for Kathy while she is off enjoying her time with family in England.

That said, I am hoping to get you excited to come and join us tomorrow for the meeting. Jason Marschall will introduce Michael Koppelman of Badger Brewery. The Badger Brewery will be bringing their award winning craft beer making company to a location in Shakopee this fall. Come on out and welcome one of our newest businesses to soon join our community and to hear more about their beers. According to my resources, last year during the U.S. Open Beer Championship, Badger HIll won gold in the extra special bitter category for its "Minnesota Special Bitter" and a silver medal for its "High Road Everyday Ale" in the blonde ale category. Please mark your calendars and make a special effort to come and hear them speak to us.  Why not bring a friend or business associate too? They might want to hear more about this exciting new addition to Shakopee's business community and find out more about Rotary.

You will be greeted by the gregarious Tammy Laurent and the man who hangs around cemeteries a lot, Joe Schmidt. According to the schedule our Finemaster is the lovable builder guy Kevin O'Brien and our Songmaster is the one and only warbler, John Crooks.

I hope to see your smiling faces tomorrow at the meeting. I look forward to it!

In Peace and Service,

Sheila McNeill
