President's weekly message

Hi All,

Great to be back in Shakopee.  I have to say the Rotary meetings I attended in York were interesting, but not as fun as ours.  I missed the jokes and singing!  Sounds like quite a few of our members were on vacation in August too as attendance was pretty low.  Now That September is here I'm counting on better numbers at our weekly meetings.

We did have a good turnout this week.  Thanks to Lee Hennen for stepping up to auction off a YMCA golf four-some.  Eric Westlund & Dustin Campion gave their ice breakers - so fun to learn more about our new members.  Thanks guys for sharing your interests and how you came into your professions.

Next week we welcome our District Governor, Jim Nelson.  Let's greet him with a full house!  Greeters next week are Ron Smitth, Tony Spagnolo and Ron Solseth, songmaster is Me, and finemaster is David Esposito.

Just a quick reminder to our board that there will be a brief meeting at 11:45am with Jim Nelson at Dangerfield's.
