Happy Groundhog's Day. Thank you to Lorri Helkamp for arranging the speaker last week. Carrie Linde spoke about the Underwater Adventures attraction at the MOA. She will be sending some discount coupons if anyone is planning to visit them. This week we welcome a return speaker, David Driver from the Shakopee Junior High Science Department. Thanks to Deb Erickson for setting up our speaker. Our fine master this week will be Joe Schmidt.

There will be a Strive meeting on Wednesday morning during second hour. The meeting will take place in the auditorium at the High School. Be sure to mark your calendars for the upcoming Valentine's social at Stonebrooke. The date will be February 16th and take place of our regular Tuesday lunch. If you plan to attend, please bring a check made payable to the Shakopee Rotary prior to the event. The cost will be $30 per person and includes a fantastic dinner and entertainment from our very own Jim Cook.
