Barb Brekke and her team did another amazing job with the Celebration of Reading Event. The sight of 700 first graders that excited is quite a spectacle. Thank you to all who helped organize and pull off this event. This week we will be offsite at the Canterbury Inn for our annual W. Adair Muralt and Paul Harris Fellow Award Luncheon. We're going do our best to start a little early, so please be there by Noon on Tuesday. Also, please remind others that we will not be at Dangerfield's for lunch.

STRIVE will have their last meeting on Wednesday during second hour. Our District 5950 conference is scheduled for May 14th and 15th. Please see me for more details if you're interested. We have a good group in attendance this year. Finally, we will have a club auction on May 18th hosted by our very own Jim Cook and Lee Hennen. Please start to think of items to donate for that day. As always, I expect an entertaining lunch meeting.
