I hope everyone enjoyed the weekend. Our weather is more like July than September. Thank you to Mike Shinnick for arranging the program last week. David Mann was a returning guest, but presented new ideas about communication. This week we welcome our new exchange student from Slovakia, Karol Zajac to the podium to introduce himself. There is a Strive meeting this Tuesday at 11:15 for those interested in becoming involved in the program. We will also have a fireside meeting at Joan Lynch's home this Thursday at 7:30.

District 5950 will be hosting their Fall Training Seminar next Friday morning, September 25th and all members are invited to attend. The meeting will be held at Golden Valley Country Club from 8:30 to 1:30 and includes lunch. This is a great opportunity to meet some leaders from the district and learn more about Rotary.
